Eating Disorder Treatment
If you've struggled in your relationship with food or your body, then you are probably familiar with the loneliness and isolation that comes with the experience. You may feel you have to hide your experiences from others, or may feel as though even those closest to you would not or do not understand.

Choosing to confront an eating disorder is an act of courage; however, you do not have to go through the process of change alone.
A clinical psychologist by training and a specialist in the treatment of eating disorders by choice, I care deeply about helping those who struggle in their relationships with food and their body.
Navigating these relationships can be extremely challenging, but it is possible to find a new, healthier way of viewing and treating these parts of your experience. You deserve to be nurtured, and to learn how to nurture yourself well, all while making room for the imperfection and messiness that comes with being present in your body and your life.
You are not alone in your struggle, and I will be there every step of the way with you. However, in the end, your efforts - you - will be the key to releasing yourself from the tyranny of fatphobia, wellness and diet culture, and historical narratives that have dictated your perspective on and relationship to food and your body.

I am here to empower you.
